ECE is realizing the Logistik Center Stuttgart-Heilbronn in a prime location. The state-of-the-art logistics property has two buildings with a total of 57,000 square meters of rental space. The logistics center offers separate office and social areas. The long-term tenant for the property, which was planned on a speculative basis without prior tenant commitment, will be DSV Solutions GmbH, one of Europe's leading contract logistics companies.
