Logistics property Stuttgart-Heilbronn – sustainable, modern, and high quality

ECE is realizing the Logistik Center Stuttgart-Heilbronn in a prime location. The state-of-the-art logistics property has two buildings with a total of 57,000 square meters of rental space. The logistics center offers separate office and social areas. The long-term tenant for the property, which was planned on a speculative basis without prior tenant commitment, will be DSV Solutions GmbH, one of Europe's leading contract logistics companies. DSV is leasing the entire property. Overall completion is scheduled for spring 2023, with the rental space being handed over in stages from February 2023. Gold certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) is being sought.
