To better connect online and off-line retail, we have founded the joint venture Stocksquare together with the Otto Group. It connects our shopping centers with the otto.de platform and, as a result, creates a partnership between e-commerce and traditional retail never before seen at this scale.

MEC: Management of retail parks
MEC METRO-ECE Centermanagement was founded in 2011 as a joint venture with METRO AG. Each company is a partner with an equal stake in the venture. As the national market leader, MEC is responsible for the operation, leasing, and marketing of more than 55 retail parks and retail-park-oriented shopping centers in Germany.

ECE Flatmedia: Screens at the Point of Sale
Advertising with an impact and directly at the point of sale – flat screens and info points in our centers from ECE Flatmedia, a joint venture with the leading outdoor advertiser Ströer, offer an attractive mix of news, entertainment, and appropriate product advertising seen by around ten million visitors per week.
