Mail-order pioneer Werner Otto founded ECE in 1965 in order to realize his group's real estate projects more successfully and to bring the idea of shopping centers to Germany. Today, under the leadership of Alexander Otto, we develop, realize and operate real estate in all asset classes and entire city districts. The organization – how we are structured
THE STRUCTURE OF THE ECE
The ECE Group under the leadership of Alexander Otto (CEO) and Claudia Plath (CFO) is responsible for the strategy and management of the entire group. The two market divisions ECE Marketplaces (shopping centers) and ECE Work & Live (residential, hotel, logistics, office) offer their services independently. In addition, there is the fund company ECE Real Estate Partners as an independent, regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) and ECE Living as a strategic partner for residential investments of national and international institutional investors. As a substructure, ECE Group Services provides all services within the group.
