Working together with STRABAG Real Estate we are developing MesseCity Cologne in a prime location in Cologne. Between Koelnmesse and the Köln Messe/Deutz train station, six ultra-modern office and hotel properties with around 135,000 square meters of floor space, including space for restaurants, service providers and retail outlets, will be built by fall 2024.

The Playce Berlin
In the heart of the capital, we are creating Berlin's new shopping "place to be" at Potsdamer Platz: As part of the complete repositioning of the arcades, a shopping center with international high-street flair is being created under our direction by 2022, in which around 90 stores and flagship stores of well-known brands from the technology, sports & entertainment, science & beauty, and mobility & leisure sectors will be located. In view of the ongoing digitalization of the retail sector and the significant changes in customer needs, we are building our shopping centers into digital omnichannel platforms. By using Digital Mall, an online product search tool that we developed, products from our retail partners in the shopping centers can be found online for the first time. Customers can find out at any time what is available in the shopping center, reserve the desired products and then buy them in the local store.
